Christopher Soutar, CPA - Senior Manager
Christopher Soutar, CPA has extensive experience working with a multitude of private and publicly held businesses in the areas of accounting, auditing, taxation, advisory services, mergers and acquisitions and internal controls. He has overseen and supervised the planning and performance of various audit engagements of all sizes, including GAAP, SAS 70/SSAE 16, SOX 404 and single audits, as well as providing due diligence assistance, litigation support, transaction advisory and consulting services to a diverse range of clients. While his audit and tax experience includes a wide range of industries, Christopher has most recently specialized in all phases of professional service for clients in the asset management industry in addition to real estate owners, operators, developers, and property management companies with both large and diverse portfolios.
Christopher received his Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
