Howard Fielstein, CPA/ABV, CFE, CIRA, CTP, CVA, CBA
Howard is Chairman of MWE’s Litigation Consulting Practice Group and specializes in investigative accounting, business valuations and damage claims associated with white-collar crime, professional liability, business interruption claims, intellectual property suits, torts, matrimonial actions, and business bankruptcies and insolvencies. He has an extensive financial background and has developed considerable expertise in highly complex and technical accounting and auditing issues. He has qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony in Federal and State Courts. Howard has been Court-appointed as a Neutral Appraiser and as an Examiner of businesses in connection with various types of matters, and he is an Approved Member of the Mediation Panel of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
