Ronald Rich, CPA
Ron is an audit partner who specializes in the real estate industry. He has worked with owners, developers and operators of residential and commercial properties, consulting on the development and operations of office buildings, retail projects and residential properties. Ron advises his clients in the many tax and accounting decisions concerning their real estate investments and provides guidance. in structuring the ownership of their real estate ventures and in choosing the legal entities best suited to their particular situation.
Ron also has experience working with clients in other industries including service businesses and legal and medical practices.
Ron is a member of the CPAs Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is a former member of the Port Washington School District Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC). The CAC was formed by the Port Washington School Board to review the State of New York Audit report and make recommendations to the Board based on their findings. Ron also served as President of the Capri Cove Condominium Association.
Ron earned a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
