Thomas Rosenthal, CPA
As an accounting and auditing Partner, Tom is involved in all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services. He has advised clients on internal control matters, bank financing, and due diligence reviews of potential acquisitions. Tom is involved in the planning and management of various audit, review and compilation engagements, as well as the related corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.
His experience encompasses services to diversified industries, including manufacturing and distribution, long-term care, real estate and SEC Registrants.
Tom is a member of the Hauppauge Industrial Association's (HIA) Manufacturing and Engineering Committee, and serves on committees for the Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism (NSSA) The Martin C. Barell School, a private nonprofit agency providing services to children with autism. Tom is a member of the firm's manufacturing and distribution committee, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
