Jeffrey Oster, CPA
Jeff has been involved in all aspects of auditing, tax planning, sale negotiations, budgeting and forecasts, debt negotiations, acquisitions and computer applications for a variety of clients, with a special emphasis on real estate.
His clients include several large real estate owners, operators and developers who own, operate and develop residential rental properties, commercial office buildings, hotels and motels. Jeff has assisted his clients in obtaining financing, negotiating with lending institutions and analyzing debt restructurings for troubled properties. In that regard, he performs cash flow projections, present value analyses, income tax projections and budgeting.
Jeff also heads the Firm’s Small Business Department. In addition, he is involved with auditing financial statements and issuing reports on compliance and internal controls that are submitted to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
Jeff’s clients call on him for business advice on a broad range of matters, including analyzing loan agreements, leases and other complicated transactions, reviewing the feasibility of data processing systems, preparing schedules and other information used for litigation purposes and preparation of financial statements for the purpose of obtaining financing.
Jeff is a member of the Long Island Builders Institute, the Long Island Association (LIA), the
American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA.)
Jeff earned a B.B.A from Hofstra Univeristy.
