Robert Brodsky, CPA
As an accounting and auditing partner, Bob has more than 40 years of experience providing financial consulting, tax compliance and planning services for clients in diverse industries with an emphasis on manufacturing, distribution and construction.
Bob’s clients are primarily family-owned, closely-held businesses which seek his guidance in a broad range of business matters including financing, analyzing complicated business transactions, providing recommendations for improvement within the clients’ accounting systems and structuring tax efficient succession planning. He has taken part in acquisition negotiations and been instrumental in helping clients to establish comprehensive budgeting programs which have resulted in substantial cost reductions. As part of the clients’ management team, Bob has been instrumental in negotiating lines of credit with financial institutions and in creating short- and long-term business planning.
Bob is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
Bob earned a B.B.A. from Hofstra Univeristy.
