With over 30 years’ experience in accounting and auditing, Marty’s services to clients include business and tax planning, acquisition reviews, sales negotiations, budgeting and forecasting, bank financing and loan structuring, merger and acquisition services, operational reviews, debt restructuring and systems design and analysis. His clients consist of family-owned and closely held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing/distribution, construction contractors, wholesale, retail, computer software companies, real estate owners/operators and developers.
A significant amount of Marty’s time is spent assisting clients obtain debt and equity financing and business succession planning. His role in these engagements focuses on helping clients to identify their needs and future plans. Once identified, he assists them in the implementation process by coordinating and representing them to the various members of the financial community.
Marty is a General Securities Representative with Series 7 and 66 registrations. He holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the National Association of Wholesalers (NAW).
Marty has lectured on various construction, real estate, and management advisory service topics. Additionally, he is a published author for New York Construction News and Area Development magazine.
