Jeffrey Tunkel
Jeff has an extensive background in audit, tax and business systems related to financial services – Hedge Funds/Investment Partnerships, Broker/Dealers and Investment Advisors. He also services clients in privately held companies in diverse industries including real estate, not-for-profit and printing.
Jeff advises clients on the tax and accounting structure of limited partnerships, private equity funds and the issues that may affect them. He is proficient regarding the regulations of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
Jeff serves as a board member of the Central Synagogue of Nassau County.
Jeff earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College.
