Jeffrey Levine, CPA
Jeff is an accounting and auditing Partner at MWE, focusing his practice for more than 20 years in the real estate industry. He has been involved in the due diligence for acquisitions and financing as well as structuring of partnership, shareholder and LLC agreements. His real estate clients range from developers of office buildings, residential (single family homes, townhouses, garden apartments and high rise apartments), industrial and hotels to shopping centers. Many of his clients’ projects are built from the ground up and require intensive reviews of construction and ancillary costs. Particular attention is focused on accounting and taxation issues arising from the many transactions that involve the entity. Operating projections, an integral part of this practice, are done in connection with due diligence, financing and re-financing.
Jeff’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
