As an accounting and auditing Partner, Craig is involved in many aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services. He advises his clients in numerous aspects of business and financial management including mergers and acquisitions, operational and internal control matters, bank financing and loan structuring, implementation of executive compensation programs, profit sharing and 401K plans. Craig also assists his clients and high net worth individuals in the implementation of estate and retirement planning and succession planning.
Craig services a diverse client base in various industries including manufacturing and distribution with a specialty in the bottling and beverage industry. In addition, his clients include set designers and owners and operators of Broadway theaters. And he has a number of manufacturing and distribution clients in the toy and novelty industry.
