Arthur M. Goldstein, CPA
As an accounting and auditing partner, Arthur advises businesses on all aspects of accounting, SEC compliance, business advisory services and the management of auditing engagements in various industries, including: real estate, construction, manufacturing, long-term care and medical practices. He also counsels clients on tax planning, acquisition and divestiture reviews, internal control studies, development and the review of profit plans, forecasts and projections. Arthur has also assisted clients with due diligence reviews of potential acquisition candidates and has prepared and reviewed financial statements on a GAAP/SEC basis. In addition, Arthur has clients reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has completed extensive training in these standards.
Arthur is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Nassau County Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified CPAs (NYSSCPA).
